Draw details
- September 28, 2026 – draw #445, Provincial Nominee Program (PNP): 733 invitations, minimum CRS score 725.
- September 29, 2026 – draw #446, Canadian Experience Class (CEC): 2,000 invitations, minimum CRS score 518.

What it means for Vietnamese applicants
The trades occupations draw had a significantly lower CRS cutoff than the CEC draw (476 vs. 518) – an opportunity for candidates with experience in the skilled trades on IRCC's list. The PNP cutoff is high (725) because candidates with a provincial nomination receive an extra 600 points.
Each draw has its own requirements for occupation, language skills and experience. Contact NAVIOVISA for an assessment of your profile.
